Things You Need to Do While Charging
No one would like that his/her phone to get damaged quickly. But it is true that we are liable mostly for ruining our phones. And one of the most effective reasons for ruining the phone is to ignore the important rules of charging. So, know the rules today and try to abide by them if you don't want to lose your phone quickly.
Don't Use Your Phone While Charging
Most of the people use their phones while charging. Even many of them knows that it damages battery but they don't care. Lossing and gaining charge simultaneously harm your battery. And it also results overheating issue which may damage your phone's other parts as well. So, never use your phone while charging from now. If you have to dial or recieve any call or do something else, disconnect your charger first and then do so.
Don't Let Your Phone Get Overcharged
One of the most dangerous reasons we ignore that we connect the charger and forget to disconnect. Even some of us go to sleep connecting the charger and the phone charges overnight. Once the phone gets fully charged, it causes overcharging. Overcharging is very harmful to your phone. It is so dangerous that it may cause an explosion too. So, never overcharge your phone.
Use the Original Charger
Use the genuine charger you got with your phone. Because the genuine charger supplies the exact output and that is compatible with your phone. But in case, if you lost your charger or didn't get any charger with your phone, then know the input power of your phone and buy a charger that matches the input power.
Avoid Power Bank
If you have chances to charge in AC, don't use power bank to charge your phone. The main problem of power bank is your phone's input power may not match the standard output power of power bank. If possible, try to stop using power bank anymore.
Avoid Fast Charger (for Unsupported Devices)
Don't use the fast charger if your device doesn't support fast charging. It forces your battery to charge faster which results in battery damaging.
Control Heat While Charging
Almost all phones get warm while charging. So, controlling heat while charging may save your phone's harware from damaging. Try to take your phone to a cool place while charging. You can also remove your phone's cover to spread the heat out.
